The future of A2NZ

As you may have noticed, Aby and I have both been absent from SL for a very long time.

After creating lots of clothes in 2008, to the point that it had become a second job, I suffered from burn-out. I tried coming back in 2009 for a spell, but it proved too much, too soon. After playing with a silent alt for a few weeks, I feel that it's now time for me to dip my toes into the content-creating side of SL again.

There's a big "but" to this: I don't want it to become a chore. I've had enough of this. It's not like my life isn't "chore-y" enough as it is, I don't need any extras, thank you very much. So from now on I'll only do things that I like, at the rhythm I like.

I still love latex because of the technical challenge it poses me. Also, it's naughty, duh! I'll do a new version of my basic catsuits, once I'm happy with the node materials I'm working on in Blender. After that... costumes. I'll drop the simple pants, tees and the like, because I don't find them all that fun. But full outfits? Oh yes.

That will be the "shiny" section of A2NZ; I might change the name, as it doesn't feel quite right.

Now there's the old casual and world sections. I'll change casual to "outdoors", and world will stay "world". I'm hoping to expand the content of these sections to include items like furniture, plants... I'm not sure yet. I'm going to experiment, and play.

We'll also try to create products in common, which is something we haven't done yet, unfortunately. It's harder than it sounds, but we'll do our best! :-D

See you soon in SL,
Raindrop
