That's a bit of a post-apocalyptic, fallout-ic wig. :-)
This hair style comes with an extra little feature: the twisty tie can act as a discreete head-light. Very handy when you get lost in those dark gloomy warehouses, or when you don't want to look out of place in the afterglow of a nuclear attack. Not so handy when you want to sneak around unnoticed.
Just touch the swiggly thinggamagic to turn it on or off! (I like simple things).
